TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of services provided by Risk & Protection Career Solutions, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Connecticut limited liability company.

By purchasing or using any services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, the Refund Policy, and any applicable service agreements.

1. Scope of Services

The Company provides personalized, advisory career services including, but not limited to:

• LinkedIn optimization

• Career strategy and mentorship

• Interview coaching

• Career transition advisory

All Services are consultative, educational, and informational in nature.

The Company does not:

• Provide employment placement or recruiting services

• Act as an employer, agent, or intermediary

• Guarantee employment outcomes

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree that:

• You are solely responsible for all career decisions and actions

• You will provide accurate and complete information

• You will participate in scheduled sessions in good faith

Failure to engage or implement guidance does not create any entitlement to refund or liability.

3. No Guarantee of Results

Career outcomes depend on factors beyond the Company’s control, including:

• Market conditions

• Employer decisions

• Experience alignment

• Client effort and execution

No guarantees are made regarding interviews, offers, compensation, or career advancement.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials, including but not limited to:

• Resume frameworks

• Written documents

• Methodologies

• Language and templates

are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company.

You may use deliverables for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or share materials without prior written consent.

5. Acceptable Conduct

The Company reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services without refund if a client:

• Engages in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior

• Violates applicable laws

• Acts in bad faith or misuses services

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

The Company shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Loss of income, employment, or opportunity

• Reputational or business impact

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims arising out of:

• Your use of the Services

• Your reliance on guidance

• Your interactions with third parties (including employers)

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in courts located in Connecticut.

9. Modifications

The Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

REFUND POLICY 

All services are customized, advisory, and delivered digitally.

All sales are final and non-refundable.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree:

• Services are personalized and cannot be returned or resold

• Work may begin immediately upon purchase

• Value is delivered through time, expertise, and intellectual property

No refunds, chargebacks, or disputes will be honored based on:

• Dissatisfaction or change of mind

• Hiring outcomes or lack thereof

• Market conditions

• Client inaction or missed sessions

• Delays caused by client non-responsiveness

You expressly:

• Waive any right to dispute charges inconsistent with this policy

• Authorize immediate service commencement

• Acknowledge loss of cancellation rights where permitted by law

Any exception is granted solely at the Company’s discretion and does not create precedent.

CAREER ADVISORY 

All Services are advisory only.

The Company does not:

• Guarantee job placement or outcomes

• Control employer hiring decisions

• Provide legal, immigration, or licensing services

Clients retain full responsibility for career actions and results.

INTERNATIONAL CLIENT TERMS 

For clients outside the United States:

By purchasing Services, you:

• Request immediate performance of services

• Acknowledge waiver of any statutory withdrawal or cooling-off period (where permitted)

• Agree that services constitute personalized digital content

You are responsible for compliance with:

• Local employment laws

• Visa and work authorization requirements

• Professional regulations
