• Satisfaction is subjective and does not constitute grounds for refund

No refunds, chargebacks, reversals, or payment disputes will be honored based on:

• Perceived dissatisfaction or change of mind

• Interview or employment outcomes

• Hiring decisions by third parties

• Market conditions or job search duration

• Client failure to implement guidance or attend sessions

• Delays caused by client non-responsiveness

We do not guarantee interviews, offers, employment, compensation outcomes, or hiring decisions. Career outcomes depend on external factors beyond our control, including market conditions, employer preferences, experience alignment, and client action.

Any exception to this policy is granted solely at Risk and Protection Career Solutions, LLC absolute and exclusive discretion and does not constitute waiver or precedent.

By completing a purchase, you expressly authorize immediate commencement of services and acknowledge that this eliminates any right to cancellation, refund, or withdrawal to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree not to initiate payment disputes or chargebacks inconsistent with this policy.

Terms of Service

By purchasing or using any services, sessions, documents, or content provided by Risk and Protection Career Solutions, LLC (“Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service, the Refund Policy, and all referenced agreements.

Services consist of personalized career consulting, resume development, mentoring, coaching, interview preparation, and advisory guidance for risk and protection professionals. Services are informational and advisory in nature and do not constitute employment placement, recruiting, legal advice, or professional licensure services.

Clients are solely responsible for all career decisions, applications, communications with employers, and implementation of guidance. Risk and Protection Career Solutions, LLC does not act as an employer, recruiter, agent, or hiring intermediary.

Risk and Protection Career Solutions, LLC reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services at its discretion where conduct is abusive, inappropriate, unlawful, or incompatible with professional standards. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

All content, materials, frameworks, language, and documents provided are proprietary intellectual property of Risk and Protection Career Solutions, LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Risk and Protection Career Solutions, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or economic damages arising from or related to Services, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunity, income, career progression, business opportunity, or reputational impact.

Total aggregate liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Clients acknowledge that career outcomes depend on external market factors, employer decisions, experience alignment, and client action beyond the Company’s control.

Coaching & Career Advisory Disclaimer

Services provide career strategy, positioning, and interview guidance based on professional experience in risk and protection careers. Services do not constitute guarantees, promises, or assurances of interviews, employment, advancement, or compensation.

Risk and Protection Career Solutions, LLC does not control employer hiring processes, selection criteria, organizational decisions, or labor market conditions. Clients retain sole responsibility for career actions and outcomes.

All guidance is advisory and educational in nature.

International / EU / UK Clients

Services are digital, customized consulting services that begin immediately upon purchase and are fully performed within the meaning of applicable consumer laws.

By purchasing, international clients expressly:

• Request immediate service commencement

• Acknowledge loss of any statutory withdrawal or cooling-off period once service begins

• Agree that services are personalized digital content not eligible for return

Clients are responsible for compliance with local employment, visa, and professional regulations in their jurisdiction. Risk and Protection Career Solutions, LLC provides no immigration, legal, or regulatory representation. These acknowledgments constitute explicit prior consent and acknowledgment required under applicable digital content and services regulations.
